Immunostep: Biotechnology Innovation
Immunostep is a biotechnology company based in Salamanca since 2001 that develops, manufactures and markets innovative products and reagents for research and diagnostics. We have been supplying high-throughput flow cytometry assays and reagents for research and diagnostics for 20 years, and we continue to research every day to always offer new technologies that contribute to research efficiency around the world.
SARS-CoV-2 serology by flow cytometry:
In response to the global SARS-CoV-2 emergency at Immunostep we have developed a line of products to improve the performance of SARS-CoV-2 serological tests. Discover how we have been able to simultaneously detect 3 immunoglobulins against 4 different SARS-CoV-2 viral proteins, using flow cytometry.
Detection of Exosomes by flow cytometry:
In 2019 the Immunostep R&D team recognized the great potential of exosomes and since then we have been working on the development of a method for the isolation, detection and quantification of extracellular vesicles (EVs) that are present in samples of biological fluids thanks to flow cytometry.
